I will not drive on US-98/Emerald Coast Parkway in the low speed vehicle; it is off limits. Crossing this road at a light is allowed.

Our service area is only the Crystal Beach and Miramar Beach area, including Holiday Isle, from McGuire's Irish Pub to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, as shown on the map on our website.

It is my responsibility to check if where I am staying requires a parking pass. If the vehicle is towed, I will be charged for the towing fee.

I understand that there is a $25.00 fee for deliveries.

There is an additional $25 long distance delivery fee for Holiday Isle (including Sandpiper Cove) rentals. Are you staying there?

No, I am not on Holiday Isle or in Sandpiper Cove Yes, I am on Holiday Isle or in Sandpiper Cove (+$25)

The selected delivery/pickup time is a preferred time only and not a guaranteed time. There will be no refunds for deliveries made outside of the selected time.

If the vehicle is NOT readily available and easily accessible at the delivery address at 9:00 AM on the day of pickup, I will be charged for an additional day.

I am renting an electric vehicle and must maintain the charge to operate it. If the vehicle runs out of charge and must be towed, there will be a $150 tow bill.

Please refrain from calling about the status of your rental until after the start time. Orders are processed and handled in the order we receive them.

I am receiving the golf cart with at least half a tank of gas and will return it with at least half a tank.

I will not park the cart in paid parking spots.
